An attribute intended to be used for AIMFollowWaypoints.TargetIndex.
The index is displayed as an IntSlider. The slider bounds are determined by the AIMPathConnector located in the AIMFollowPath base class. Thus, the attribute can be used for classes inheriting from AIMFollowPath. In any other case, the result is a simple IntField.
