Description

In the first joint project, we were able to successfully support RMW in product development. The aim of the project was the development of a heated tank for various applications in the production of eyeglass lenses. Our part in the project focused on the area of electrical engineering. In addition to the creation of a circuit diagram and general consulting for the circuit concept, our tasks included the programming of a Siemens control system.

Description

In collegial cooperation, two processes for contract creation and contract processing were successfully automated. For these processes, no digital interfaces or databases exist that would allow the direct implementation of corresponding software. Therefore, an innovative solution was needed that would work under the given conditions and on the existing documents. After careful modeling, the processes were mapped with a suitable implementation in Blue Prism and completely robotized based on RPA.

Description

Automation of cranes in the container port. The focus is on network technology, sensor technology and control technology. However, front-end and back-end development and database technologies also play an essential role in the success of the project. Through our system, the cranes of the container terminal can be monitored and accidents with fully autonomous machines can be completely avoided.

Description

Digitization and subsequent automation of production lines in glass manufacturing. Among other things, it is about reading, structuring and analyzing sensor data. Description

Software has been developed that serves as an assistance system for flight personnel and is already in use at airports. It plans the take-off sequence of aircraft, as well as their de-icing procedures. The main task was the porting of an existing software from C++/SDL to C#, including automated tests, web service communication and authentication.

Design and implementation of a software architecture for crane automation products. In addition, sensor data analysis and development of web applications for configuration, maintenance and analysis of control systems. Real-time capable algorithms for signal, data and image processing, path finding and collision avoidance were implemented.
